  7. The CMC-640 is a single-board intelligent Ethernet front-end processor for
  8. communications protocols such as TCP/IP or OSI. Designed for use in 80286 or
  9. 80386 PCs using the PC/AT bus, the CMC-640 offloads the protocol processing
  10. from the SCO XENIX host, freeing the computer to perform the tasks for which it
  11. was purchased. The CMC-640 uses a Motorola MC68000 microprocessor and comes
  12. with 256 KB of RAM in its standard configuration. The board may be configured
  13. with up to a total of 1 MB of DRAM for use in demanding networking
  14. environments. IEEE 802.3 10BASE5 (thick Ethernet) and 10BASE2 (thin Ethernet)
  15. interfaces are supplied with the CMC-640.
